Welcome to The Recharge Room App (“App”), a web-based platform designed to enhance wellness and engagement through scheduling, analytics, training, and gamification features. By accessing or using The Recharge Room App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ™(“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using The Recharge Room App, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Recharge Room App provides: Scheduling & Attendance Management – Booking and tracking user participation. Advanced Analytics – Metrics on engagement and wellness trends. Management Dashboard – Real-time reporting and survey insights. On-Demand Training & Education – A resource library for personal growth. Notifications & Reminders – Automated messages for engagement. Gamification Features – Points, badges, leaderboards, and challenges. Wellness Engagement Tools – Expert content and interactive features. Process Tracker – Check-in/out functionality, timers, FAQs, and history logs. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

 

4. Subscription & Payment Terms (If Applicable)

If The Recharge Room App operates on a subscription basis:

  • Billing: You will be billed per the subscription plan you select.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: You can cancel at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partial periods unless required by law.
    For enterprise or bulk licensing, custom terms may apply.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

  • We collect user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Data may be used for analytics, engagement tracking, and feature optimization.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content within The Recharge Room App, including text, software, and designs, is owned or licensed by us.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content outside of its intended purpose.
  • Unauthorized use of our branding or materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App.
  • Post or share offensive, misleading, or unauthorized content.
    Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

  • We strive to keep The Recharge Room App operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or features without notice.
  • We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if applicable) in the past six months.
  • The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You engage in activity that poses a security risk.
  • We discontinue the service.
    You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, they shall be settled through arbitration in Arizona.
