Cold plunge

Cold plunges — or ice baths — have been shown to reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, boost your immune system, and lower your stress while improving your overall mood.

Infrared sauna

Infrared saunas have a wide range of health benefits, including stress relief, muscle recovery, detoxification, weight loss, and heart health.

Red light therapy

Stimulates deep tissue health while reducing pain and inflammation. It’s also been known to increase cellular regeneration, speed recovery, and improve skin health.

Vagus Nerve Stimulation

Used in conjunction with Red Light Therapy, this feature uses a pair of headphones that combines audio with bilateral auricular vagus nerve stimulation. This disrupts the brain/body “fight or flight” signal and results in a calming effect.

Vitamin therapy

Essential vitamins and nutrients like Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and magnesium help to boost your immunity and energy levels, reduce fatigue, and stay healthy.

The Positive Impact Alliance was formed in 2022 with one goal: to help first responders improve their overall health and happiness. Led by community leadership, healthcare professionals, therapists, and business leaders, we’re fully committed to providing our local heroes — firefighters, EMS, police officers, and more — with programs and services they can access to get and stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
